Privacy

A private URL is a key.

Here is what the site and its service partners process.

Last updated: October 18, 2026.

Site visits

We use GoatCounter to count page views without cookies or cross-site profiles. It receives the page visited and basic browser context. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes standard request data to deliver and protect it.

Payment and access

Stripe handles the one-time payment. Card details stay with Stripe. When you claim access, our server verifies the Checkout Session. Our own access database stores only hashes of the access key and Stripe session ID, along with created and expiry dates, daily read counts, and access management metadata such as status, issue number and optional revocation note. It does not store the raw key or Stripe session ID. We do not store your email in our access database.

Your private URL

The private URL contains your key and grants read-only access. Keep the URL private, like a password: anyone who has it can read the full content. Our analytics script, GoatCounter, does not run on private URLs or API responses. Cloudflare processes requests, including the URL, to deliver them. The URL may also appear in your browser history or assistant chats. Email us to revoke and reissue it.
